Thank you Tracy and Robert

Kudos on Tracy and Robert for hosting a successful gathering last Saturday. Despite the intense heat and humidity everyone who attended had a grand time. I hope we will see more homeowners utilize the common area in the future as it is the perfect location for such events. Maybe if there were a few more trees and/or a covered structure built there to keep off the sun we'd have even more parties. All in all Tracy and Robert pulled it off and the kids didn't seem to mind the heat. Good idea to bring a wading pool and slip-n-slide.

Common Area

First I would like to say awesome job on the flyer. It is wonderful to see that interest has returned in planning events for the neighborhood. On another note please take a moment to remind your neighbors to complete the common area form. Let us be creative in our thought process and not be like every other subdivision.

Thank you for taking the time to start this blog. It is an excellent form of communication. With everyones lives so busy, this is a great way to remain in the loop. I want to thank Tracy and Robert for hosting the gathering Saturday. While I wish I could have arrived earlier, being on west coast time somehow prevented this. I could see that the kids had a blast at staying cool and everyone was well fed. I look forward to more of these events and getting to know neighbors and their families and will promise to participate in the planning next time.

Well, once again Robert and Tracy you both put on a great party! We all had a great time. Eventhough it was hotter than Hades outside everyone enjoyed themselves. I have pictures to post too.

Hey everyone out there in "puter world". Tracy is having a party in the common area at Coral Bell Court. There will be hot dogs, games, a pool and slip n slide. Bring your chairs, towels, and fun. Festivities start at 12:00 p.m. and go to 3:00!!!
