Common Area

First I would like to say awesome job on the flyer. It is wonderful to see that interest has returned in planning events for the neighborhood. On another note please take a moment to remind your neighbors to complete the common area form. Let us be creative in our thought process and not be like every other subdivision.

    I would like to know about this "Common Area Form". What is it, where do I find it and, what purpose does it serve? Thank you

    The form was mailed to residents inquiring as to what they would like to see in the common area up behind Cora Bell. If you did not receive one, you should contact the BOD.

    FYI... You have to mail in your request to the PO BOX they will not accept e-mail format. This is what the website says.
